'Weigh-in' / Routine

I'm definite a 'grower' and not a 'shower'!

Measurements:
Flaccid length: 1.25"
Erect length: 5.75"
Erect girth: 5.25"

Routine:
Stretches
Downward stretch: 5,10,15,20,25 seconds
Upward stretch: 5,10,15,20,25 seconds
Forward stretch: 5,10,15,20,25 seconds
(done in rotation)

Jelqing
100 3-second jelqs

Based on what I've read, I'm going to try a 5:2 cycle. 5 days of exercise followed by two days of rest.
